I have been working with Yet 2 Evolve Productions for nearly a decade in my capacity as producer and special events coordinator for The Gathering for Justice. Yet 2 Evolve has provided full service videography and production from filming, to editing and multi-platform video production ranging from short films for promotion and fundraising, to writing and directing scripted PSAs (Public Service Announcement) for urgent policy or rapid response issues, to short educational videos for social media and more. Brandi (Y2E Owner) is incredibly reliable and an adept problem solver and an ideal collaborator. A couple years ago, Brandi was a part of a team for a short film that I was directing, and the production on this film was not going well to say the least. We were about a week away from filming and we had not yet locked down a location or a DP. Because we were on a deadline for this film, we were seriously in jeopardy of having to abandon the project altogether. Brandi flew in from New York to California and not only stopped the bleeding, but she propelled us to the finish line in completing this project. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that Brandi pretty much single-handedly saved our production. Because of her, that film was a great, great success. I was incredibly blessed to have Brandi on my team and anyone would be blessed to have her on their team as well.
